What to know before you book.
Still not sure whether a home consultation is right for you? These are the questions local homeowners ask most often before we visit.
Is there any obligation?
None at all. The consultation is completely no-obligation, with no requirement to put your home on the market afterwards. My goal is simply to give you clarity and a realistic roadmap, whether you're ready to sell this season or just weighing up your options.
Do I need to clean or stage my home beforehand?
No. I actually prefer to see your home as you live in it day to day. During the visit I'll share simple recommendations, often low-cost fixes and decluttering tips, that can make the biggest difference to buyers.
How long does the appointment take?
Most consultations take 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your questions and the size of your home. We'll walk through your property, sit down to review pricing and timing, and leave you with a clear next-steps plan.
What if I'm not ready to sell yet?
That's perfectly okay. Many of the people I work with meet me three to six months before they plan to move. The earlier we talk, the more options you'll have and the better prepared you'll be when the time comes.
